Water Pitcher
A water pitcher is a large plastic, glass or metal serving container with a very large bowl and a proportionately smaller neck used to pour water or other liquids at an event. Water is usually placed in the pitcher to allow the wait staff to refill the water glasses of guests at a moment’s notice. Using a water pitcher is often much easier than refilling each individual guests glass in the kitchen. The water pitcher allows the wait staff to pour multiple cups of water before retreating to the kitchen to refill. A water pitcher can come in a variety of designs and styles depending on one’s tastes. The water pitcher could be served either by the wait staff or the guests themselves.
