Velon - Vinyl Taffeta
Velon or vinyl taffeta is a pliable, disposable decorative fabric used in the event planning industry for:

Velon can be found to match the décor in any venue. It is a very informal material making it inappropriate for formal events although it is great to use as a tablecloth at all outdoor events. Velon has high durability in terms of tearing and staining and is completely disposable. At an outdoor event, the last thing your event staff should be doing is folding tablecloths, so velon is a great alternative. It can be tacked or taped down to any surface and easily removed. Velon is not typically opaque so it could be used as a disposable drape for privacy or for the lining of tents. It is not a slick material so it is appropriate to use on the ground because your guests won’t slip on its surface. Velon is a plastic-like material so while it looks suitable for decoration it is practical as well.
