Table Tent
A table tent is a standing placard placed on a table or a bar so that it is easily accessible for the guests to read. The table tent is a perfect way to provide information to your guests without having to make an announcement or go around to each table and say the same thing over and over. The table tent makes your event appear more organized and ensures that everyone has access to the same information. The table tent is usually placed on each table and if guests don’t read it, then that becomes their issue. The table tent can include menu additions, specials or any other relevant information that the guests should be privy to. The table tent saves anyone from having to make an announcement that no one will really pay attention to. The table tent can be used to:

The table tent is sturdy enough to be passed around and can be laminated to protect it from spills. Often times, the table tent will have one piece of information on one side and another piece of information on the other. This just means that the event planner has some last minute details to share or wants the guests to be well informed about the evening. Most people are aware that the table tent will provides pertinent information, as it does at a restaurant, and will be more likely to read it.
