
The Event Chef is responsible for supervising production, culinary standards and sanitation for the Event Solutions Catering team. He/She will direct and coordinate the work of the back of house to ensure timely and complete delivery of our product. Chefs are required to attend planning meetings every Monday evening and complete all kitchen paperwork before and after each event.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of culinary management experience with direct supervision of production staff. He/She must hold a valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record. Candidates must be able to demonstrate basic knife skills. He/She must have knowledge of and skills for providing exceptional customer service.
