
Event Captains are responsible for the execution of the entire event. The Captain is the liaison between Event Solutions and the client during the event. He/She will direct and coordinate the work of the back of house, event staff, vendors and independent contractors to ensure timely and complete delivery of our product. Captains are required to attend planning meetings every Monday evening and complete all event paperwork before and after each event.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of Event Management experience. He/She must hold a valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record. He/She must have knowledge of and skills for providing exceptional customer service, leadership and coordination of people and resources.
