Valet parking is an advantage because the compnay then becomes responsible for any marks, scratches or dents that appear on the car while in their care. Guests do not have to worry about finding parking and can drop off their car right in front of the venue and proceed in. |
| Velon | Plastic pliable material used to cover a table or anything stationary for decorating an informal event. Velon can be used at picnics and other outdoor events to cover wooden tables or to decorate anything unslightly. |

| VIP | A Very Important Person- a person or a group at an event who holds special importance for instance maybe they are sponsoring the event, or are the honoree. VIP also denotes a private, confined and managed area where the included guests and dine, drink and socialize amoungst themselves. |
