In 2003, the historic Hollywood Palace was transformed into the premiere nightclub north of
Hollywood and Vine. Much of the historic buildings bones were preserved in construction. The

façade. Avalon features a large main dance floor with two opposing bars and a V.I.P. lounge
with intimate dance area titled the Spider Club.

This Beauty Bar opened in 2005 and is the fifth of its chain. The location is a former Hell’s
Angels haunt. Like all other Beauty Bars, the retro furniture and fixtures came from out of
business salons around the country. The back bar came from New Jersey and the vintage dryer
chairs, from a salon in Texas. The venue features a 1,000 sq. ft. patio with a small stage and
holds a total of 200 people.

BOULEVARD3 is a stylish “counter club” from the owner and creator of the famous Skybar. The
