Most spaces are raw with industrial materials like steel, plywood and poured concrete. There is
also a rooftop studio available.

AREA 101

Overview:
Area 101 has a total capacity of 500 with the option of full buyouts. It is comprised of five
adjacent spaces: an art gallery, three stages and a boxing gym. The largest space, Stage B, at
2,000 sq. ft. holds 200 people. The studio has a limit of 25 total events per year.

HOLLYWOOD LOFT

Overview:
This property is comprised of two spaces, 2,500 sq. ft. Studio A and 3,000 sq. ft. Studio B.
Studio A features a kitchen, bathroom and a 37-by-35 ft. stage. It also has an adjacent 2,000 sq.
ft. roof deck. Studio B features hardwood flooring, exposed brick walls and a 48-by-50 ft. stage.
Both spaces feature skylights.

space is available for intimate events and holds up to 80 people. The style of the building is
gothic-like with the crenels on the exterior and the green, brown and black color palette on the

LIGHTSPACE STUDIOS

Overview:
Located in Culver City’s Helms Bakery Compound, this studio features 5,000 sq. ft. brightly lit,
open-aired space. The tall ceilings measure at 22 feet and features exposed wood beams. Also
available is a full kitchen, a makeup room and a wardrobe room.

MARVIMON

Overview:
This downtown L.A. luxury loft is a converted 1924 automobile showroom. The 5,000 sq. ft.
space now features urban design aesthetics, 18-foot wood trussed ceilings and brick walls. The
space also features a gourmet kitchen, HD digital cinema, a premium sound system and private
patio and a large yard space.

MIAUHAUS

Overview:
This property features three studios: Whitehaus at 3,000 sq. ft. and Treehaus and Playhaus at
2,000 sq. ft. In its entirety, the space holds 500 people. Treehaus and Playhaus can be joined to
make one large space. Also available is the enclosed 4,000 sq. ft. parking lot.

MILO STUDIO

Overview:
This 6,000 sq. ft. space is located in the heart of Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile. The property
features a daylight studio and a blackout studio. The daylight space is 475 sq. ft. while the
blackout space is 1,440 sq. ft. The modern space also includes a private lounge, a garden and
an in-house chef.

MUSEUM OF DESIGN ART AND ARCHITECTURE

Overview:
This new studio specializes in events relating to art and architecture. The 2,000 sq. ft. gallery and
patio can hold up to 500 for receptions. The adjacent Wilson restaurant offers catering, however,
is not the exclusive caterer. The two spaces, the gallery and restaurant, can be combined for
events.

PARAMOUNT PICTURES

Overview:
Paramount Pictures is the oldest and largest working studio is Hollywood. The 63-acre property
offers various sets and venues for all types of private events. Guests take a behind-the-scenes
tour of the studio and its back lots. They can accommodate groups of up to 5,000.

PIER 59 STUDIOS WEST

Overview:
This new Santa Monica studio is a sister property of New York’s Pier 59. The 27,000 sq. ft.
complex features four studios of various sizes and functions. The space has a daylight studio,
three blackout studios, three private lounges and a large, column-free space. There is also an
audio system available.

QUIXOTE STUDIOS

Overview:
This studio opened in 1995 and has become one of the most well known and well used studios
for photo and film. The company owns a total of eight sound stages with four near Griffith Park
and four in West Hollywood. The West Hollywood properties feature stages with indoor and
outdoor space. The largest space, Fuller Studio can accommodate 900.

Overview:
This Culver City warehouse is a full-service photography rental space. The 25,000 sq. ft. property
offers several studios, each with its own private lounge, bathroom, rolling walls and stereo
system. There is also a common area with a café and pool table.

SOLAR STUDIOS

Overview:
Solar Studios is a multi-level space made up of five lofts. The first floor, Studio One, measures
at 8,000 sq. ft. (65-by-100 feet). The building still retains its original architecture.

STAGE 5290

Overview:
Once a print shop, this 4,300 sq. ft. space is now a modern studio. The space features a fun
color palette and contemporary designs. The studio also features an elevated patio, a gated
parking lot, sunshades, a picnic table and lounge chairs. The entire space holds 200 people.

STUDIO 1289
West Hollywood, CA
Overview:
This intimate space is located in the midst of Hollywood’s Sunset Strip. The space features a
swimming pool, two gardens, and a Moroccan-themed deck. The studio offers a 24-by-45
shooting stage with a large pyramid skylight. The space has white walls and two walls with
windows. It also includes a kitchen, a dining room and a piano. The studio holds up to 100.

STUDIO C2

Overview:
Studio C2 offers two stages, Stage One at 6,000 sq. ft. and Stage Two at 4,000 sq. ft. Stage
two has an industrial loft-like feel with its exposed concrete walls and polished concrete floors.
There is also a lounge area for clients with an HDTV and a full kitchen.

THE CULVER STUDIOS

Overview:
This film studio houses one of the most famous sets in movie history, the white-columned,
plantation mansion from Gone With the Wind. The studio currently houses Montecito, the faux
casino used for NBC’s Las Vegas. The studio has 13 soundstages and holds up to 1,500 for
receptions and 500 for seated events. The front lawn of the mansion is also available for events
and holds up to 3,000 for receptions.

THE L.A. LOFTS

Overview:
This studio features four lofts of various sizes and features. Loft one is 2,500 sq. ft., loft two is
3,000 sq. ft., loft three is 1,500 sq. ft. and loft four is 2,500 sq. ft. All the lofts feature hardwood
flooring, skylights, expansive windows and air conditioning. Each loft also has bathroom,
kitchen and sound system.
