The cuisine prepared by our Executive Chef and his culinary team cannot be compared to anything you’ve ever tasted before. We offer traditional and untraditional menus that have been compiled by our Chef. We offer everything from turkey and dressing to sushi, lobster, scrumptious appetizers and tantalizing desserts. Our food can be cooked fresh on site at your event or in our facilities that day and delivered. Chef Donovan found his love of cooking at five and came to California after a year cooking on a cruise line. We are lucky to have a Chef that has prepared delicacies at world- renowned hotels such as the Beverly Hills Hotel, The Bellagio and the Wynn Las Vegas.
