Tray Passed Appetizers were served during the cocktail hour and included Fresh Dungeness Crab Cakes With Spicy Remoulade, Bruschetta With Fresh Basil and Tomatoes, Goat Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Red Pepper Puree on Corn Cakes and Grilled Chicken Breast on Herbed Crostini with Almond Pesto and Basil Tops.
The Main Buffet provided an amazing feasts for guests including Fresh Vanilla Beet Salad With Goat Cheese and a Balsamic Reduction, Arugula Salad With Fire Roasted Red Peppers and Torn Fresh Mozzarella, Roast Baron of Beef With Au Jus and Creamed Horseradish, Sautéed Chicken Breasts Served With a White Wine Portabella Cream Sauce,
Butter Poached Main Lobster Ravioli With Vanilla Cream Emulsion, Vegetarian Mousakka, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Baguettes with and Creamy Butter.
For Dessert, the guests splendoered in a Flourless Chocolate Decadence Cake, Traditional English Bread and Butter Pudding With Seasonal Fruit and Fresh Cream and Fresh Coffee and Decaf.
Serving tables were decorated with fresh greenery and holiday accents. The disc jockey played great music for dancing throughout the entire event, while caricature artists captured cartoon images of the guests and a professional photographer documented the event
The guests were treated to an all night casino with a craps game, blackjack tables, no-limit texas hold 'em and a roulette wheel.
All in all a fabulous time was had by all attendees. For now it's back to work while we all wait for the summer party!
