It's time for us to go back to school for just a minute here with a quick refresher course in the ABCs of event planning for you. "A" is for Arrival and Departure Management. Transportation is a key component to your event and so is valet & parking. "B" is for Branding your product. Marketing your company logo is something we love doing with innovative designs and interesting graphics. And "C" is for Company Picnics. We're right in the middle of some fantastic picnics this summer and have had an awesome year so far with them. So there you have the ABCs. Good, I'm glad we got that covered. Now then...Despite the heatwave that's been slamming us lately I've managed to stay cool, calm and collected by attending some amazing pool parties (Anyone who has a pool in this weather is immediately my friend). This week I attended an event out by the Joshua Tree which proved to be a great time with excellent live music, plenty of great food and lots of good company. Since we're still in August these outdoor parties are in full swing so while the weather is still great let's start thinking of some creative ways for you to have fun in the sun. Company Picnics are always a great opportunity to say thank you to employees. By giving them a special day out with their families these events bring everyone together. We have great catering choices from the Deluxe Cookout
to the Luau Buffet. We believe in multiple buffet and condiment stations to avoid waiting. Inflatables for the kids and employee challenges for the grown ups are a fantastic way to ensure everyone has fun in the sun. Entertainment options are varied with top Djs and professional MCs and game leaders to keep things moving right along. We're so spoiled too
living in Southern California. We've got fantastic beaches to choose from like Dockweiler and Granada Beach. We've got sprawling parks in Irvine, Long Beach and all across Los Angeles. We want to make sure your venue is just right for your event, which is why location scouting and venue coordination is so important. Important too are any required permits (which we handle for you), parking concerns and valet service is required. A lot goes into these outdoor events and we're happy to help with all of it so that you and your family can just sit back and have a great day out. So when I think of August I think of two things: Back to School and the Beach. Since I'm probably not going back to school I'll take the beach right now. Now is a great time to book that company picnic while you still have the kids at home. Before they get saddled with being back to school and busy with homework and soccer practice. With some time left in August and September, let's see what we can get cookin' on that grill at the beach for you!
Isn't this what summer is all about? Doesn't look to me like the kids are quite ready to go back to school. Event Locations and Company Picnic Planning are easy as 1-2-3.
